PathAway License Agreement

The following is a legal agreement between you, and MuskokaTech.

The purchase of PathAwayc) is for personal, individual use not intended for copying, modifying, networking or otherwise use on more than one computer.

MuskokaTech 's policy is one of on-going product update and revision. MuskokaTech may revise or discontinue Products at any time.

MuskokaTech will sell Products that have the functionality and performance of the Products ordered, but differences between what is described in hardcopy or electronic versions of MuskokaTech Products documentation and what is sold are possible.

All products of MuskokaTech are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE RESULTS AND PERFORMANCE OF MUSKOKATECH SOFTWARE IS ASSUMED BY YOU. MuskokaTech products are not responsible for GPS accuracy, or compatibility of any operating system.
