Recharging batteries on handheld devices? This question may have already been answered here, but if it has I can't find it. In handheld devices like mobile phones, PDAs and MP3 players, is it generally better to recharge the battery frequently? Or is it better to let the battery run almost all the way down before recharging? Which method best prolongs the life of the rechargeable battery? I've heard arguments in favor of both methods. The specific device I'm asking about is an Apple iPhone.

Hi Papiyana,

Samsung recommends for the device "Note2" as often as possible to charge even when the battery is only partially discharged.
But depends on the devices of the type of battery.
