Hello,

I'm using Pathaway for several years on my Windows WM6 Phone from HTC, and it works great.

Now, I'm using Pathaway Exp on my iPhone.

And now the performance when I want to pan a map is very bad, so it is not realy usable.

What did I wrong? On my 3 years old WM6 phone I used exactley the same map (file) which I created with TTQV and It worked great. I think an iPhone should be faster in response.

Please tell me that I've done anything wrong. Otherwise Pathaway is not usable on the iphone.

Another point. The Menues and how to acces a function is very bad and not iPhone like.

Please provide an update urgently.

we have't had other reports of slow map rendering before. Do you have a lot of memory available on your iPhone? Contact PathAway support via http://pathaway.com/contact.htm and we can diagnose one of your maps to see if there is a problem.

Edit2: The cause for the poor performance for my device was that I still had activated follow for a track with about 300 Points, none of them on the screen. Without that the performance is ok, but not as fluid as with google maps for example. But in my opinion the performance while following a track should really be optimized.

My Device is also slow in panning when showing a track.

I would prefere to show all other tracks (which are on the device) on the maps like in old WM6 pathaway.

Please get an update on that. On my old Windows Mobile 6 phone (HTC Touch Pro2) I used the same map and showed at least 10 tracks all at once.
