I created a map using Map Manager, and transferred it to my device, however, the Map doesn't show after loading onto the PDA.

You may have created a map that doesn't support your particular device. In map manager, ensure you have created the map in a compatible format. 16-bit color is supported only by Visor prism, or Palm OS 4.0 and higher. 256 color requires minimum OS version 3.5. 4-bit gray requires OS version 3.3 or higher. Compression is supported on Pocket PC or PalmOS version 3.3 or higher.

Another problem may be that the map is not calibrated. To view the map. Select the menu Options->Maps. Select the map from the list and press "Show". The map should display on the screen. Check the longitude and latitude of the map positions. If they don't look right, your map will need calibrating. See the user manual on Calibration instructions.
