Long/Lat when calibrating map

It would be nice, once a map is calibrated to have crosshairs and a long/lat display. It would make it easier to know if you have properly calibrated the map by being able to mouse to a known location.

It would be nice to specify, per map, a zoom percentage. I use aeronautical sectional charts and it zooms only at a factor of 11. Somewhere in between would be perfect. I suppose I could resize the .jpg before I calibrate.... but those files are huge. Plus I might have different uses for one map, wh...

I'm trying to calibrate an FAA avation sectional (Dallas Ft. Worth) chart. At the top of the chart it says. Lambert Conformal Conic Projection. Standard parallels 33 20' and 38 40'.
