Product key for version 5

Product key for version 5

I have version 4 purchased and installed. I just updated to version 5. The email I received said to install over the original and it would recognize my old key, but it says I have a trial version and won't recognize my old key when I type it in. Should I expect a new key for version 5 in an email?

Only minor updates retain your current key. (ie. from 4.00 to 4.99).
You need to go to http://PathAway.com to purchase the upgrade to PathAway 5.

Note: If you purchased version 4 after May 1st you will be given the PathAway 5 key for free once your version 4 purchase has been validated.

I already purchased the upgrade for $29.95 and received my Paypal reciept but no new product key.

Key problem fixed

Finally got the key problem figured out. It was the user ID...it was in all CAPS. Thanks
