Since 2000 PathAway has been a productive GPS tool on multiple mobile platforms and has now most recently been delivered on the Symbian platform.

Key features of PathAway for Nokia/Symbian include the ability to create customized navigational maps via PathAway tools or 3rd party sources; perform extensive GPS track logging and point capture; navigate using multi-point routing via user created routes, or recorded tracks; and view a host of navigational information on a customizable dashboard. "Symbian is the ideal platform for PathAway." states MuskokaTech CEO, Scott Northmore. "The newest Symbian Smartphones such as the Nokia 5800 and N97 are the ultimate devices for PathAway. PathAway's powerful feature set takes full advantage of their large touchscreens, integrated GPS, extensive memory, and fast processors. Now in it's 5th generatation from the original release almost 10 years ago, PathAway is a mature product, with powerful underlying core technology, driven by user feedback and real-world usage."

PathAway has a great following of users. They have come to rely on PathAway and love that they can take their data across different mobile platforms. Here are some recent user comments:

"With PathAway, you can create your own maps, even aerial photos, and import them. I have downloaded topos, marine charts, aerials, street maps and sectionals. The cool thing is that you can layer maps and switch between them. I have used this for flight, boating and hiking." Tom P.

"I have used Pathaway for many years along many country paths in Germany and Italy. I can highly recommend the new portable phone Pathaway for Symbian! I use it on a Nokia 6710 Navigator. With PathAway you can use your own maps when navigating off-road. By its clever programming, all necessary functions could be implemented on the tiny phone-keyboard. External GPS devices work fine and help spare battery power of the Nokia. The installation with Nokia Suite runs flawless." Gerhard S.
