MuskokaTech Inc. respects your privacy. This policy explains the privacy practices of MuskokaTech Inc. (MuskokaTech) with respect to all the Fingerprint Apps as well as third party libraries utilized. This privacy policy describes the ways MuskokaTech uses and discloses your Personal Information and the rights and options available to you.

The Fingerprint App runs on various devices. A Device is any computer used to run the Fingerprint application, including without limitation a desktop, laptop, mobile phone, tablet, or other consumer electronic device.

In this policy, the term Personal Information means any information that may be used with reasonable efforts to contact you and/or identify you, such as a first and last name, home address, phone number and email addresses, places you visit, etc.

Personal Information that you provide in the Fingerprint App:

When you sign in using your Google Account, we record your email address and name from your Primary Account information on our secure private servers at https://pathaway.com to keep track of your account status and application settings, such as trial period or license status, current affiliate, and other settings. This is done so your critical information when using the App can be restored in order to keep track of your trial period status, and to provide data backup in case the App is uninstalled or the device being used changes. We may collect information on device-level events, such as crashes, battery life information,IP address, device type, operating system version number, and app version number in order to provide customer service and technical support.

When collecting this data we may use your email address in order to communicate with you in regards to these events. We do not collect any other Personal Information, data or additional device information.

How we use the information we collect
We use required information, as the case may be, to process your order or to register your MuskokaTech purchases so that we can provide appropriate support. Customer information also contributes to the development of new or improved products or services.

If you provide your email, postal address or phone number, we may use them to communicate with you, but we will not do so if you don't want us to.

MuskokaTech greatly values you as a customer and respects your interest in your personal information. We are not in the practice of selling or renting names or other identifying information to outside parties. Under no circumstances will your personal information be shared with a third party unless given explicit permission by you.

How we use email
MuskokaTech emails you your online order confirmation. We will only contact you with regards to an order that you have made.

If you filled out our contact or product download form and specified you would like to receive our newsletter, then we occasionally send email notices of upgrades, special offers and new product announcements. We may also solicit your input on new products or feedback on existing ones. You may remove your name from our email list at any time by following the "Unsubscribe" instructions at the bottom of any email message from us. You will continue to receive email order confirmations.

Location based information that we collect:

The Fingerprint Application does not collect any location information.
