MuskokaTech Inc. respects your privacy. This policy explains the privacy practices of MuskokaTech Inc. (MuskokaTech) with respect to all PathAway branded mobile applications as well as third party libraries utilized. This privacy policy describes the ways MuskokaTech uses and discloses your Personal Information and the rights and options available to you.
PathAway runs on various devices. A Device is any computer used to run the PathAway application, including without limitation a desktop, laptop, mobile phone, tablet, or other consumer electronic device.
In this policy, the term Personal Information means any information that may be used with reasonable efforts to contact you and/or identify you, such as a first and last name, home address, phone number and email addresses, places you visit, etc.
We collect information on device-level events, such as crashes and battery life information, in order to provide customer service. When collecting this data, we do not collect any Personal Information, data or additional device information.
How we use the information we collect
We use required information, as the case may be, to process your
order or to register your MuskokaTech purchases so that we can provide
appropriate support. Customer information also contributes to the
development of new or improved products or services.
If you provide your email, postal address or phone number, we may use them to communicate with you, but we will not do so if you don't want us to.
MuskokaTech greatly values you as a customer and respects your interest in your personal information. We are not in the practice of selling or renting names or other identifying information to outside parties. Under no circumstances will your personal information be shared with a third party unless given explicit permission by you.
How we use email
MuskokaTech emails you your online order confirmation. We will
only contact you with regards to an order that you have made.
If you filled out our contact or product download form and specified you would like to receive our newsletter, then we occasionally send email notices of upgrades, special offers and new product announcements. We may also solicit your input on new products or feedback on existing ones. You may remove your name from our email list at any time by following the "Unsubscribe" instructions at the bottom of any email message from us. You will continue to receive email order confirmations.
Location based information that we collect:With a PathAway Application installed on your Device, you may be sending us your location information when you are sharing your physical location with others. (via the "Location Sharing" feature. This location information is stored to serve as a location repository so others that you have sent your permission to access your location may do so. The location is collected while you are using the App and when you have enabled GPS tracking while the App is running in the background. Location data is not collected when the App is not running. MuskokaTech may make further use of your location information by analyzing it anonymously with other information from multiple users to generate crowd-sourced information about sites, shops and other places and attractions that will assist in providing you and others with relevant services in the vicinity. Your location information is not shared with any third-party business, person, or service.
When you install the PathAway Applications you may be requested by the Device operating system to provide your consent to the use of your location by the Application. If you do not wish to share your location you can choose to deny such access. However, operation of the Application will be severely limited.
All data is stored on PathAway secure servers and is only accessable by signing into your PathAway User Account.
When you remove your PathAway App, and delete your PathAway User Account, all personal Data retained will be removed from the account within 90 days.

You may send MuskokaTech other requests, responses, questions, complaints, or to have your stored information removed, by contacting MuskokaTech

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make a change to this Privacy Policy that we believe materially reduces your rights, we will provide a notice. We may provide notice of changes in other circumstances as well. By continuing to use the PathAway Application after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Privacy Policy.
